Sara Ley

Head of Digital & Tech Practice, Senior Director
Johnson & Johnson

Sara Ley is the head of the Digital & Tech Practice at Johnson & Johnson with over 20 years’ experience delivering global solutions across the technology, professional services, industrial, aviation, health care, transportation, energy and finance industries.

Most recently, Sara was the senior director, digital learning strategist for PwC. She was accountable for leading the learning strategy for PwC’s digital transformation New World, New Skills, inclusive of learning applications and immersive training programs for staff and partners to develop storytelling, data analysis, visualization and automation skills that enabled a more diverse, tech-skilled workforce and  supported creating groundbreaking digital solutions for clients.

Sara serves on the board for the United Way of Northeast Florida, Pine Castle Inc. and is an active volunteer in her community. Sara lives in Jacksonville, FL, with her two sons, is an assistant cub master in Scouting and a licensed private pilot.
