Nicole Hajdrowski

Vice President, Learning & Development
US Foods

Nicole Hajdrowski is the vice president of learning and development at US Foods. She is responsible for the strategy, design and execution of programs that facilitate leadership, professional and functional development and continuous learning for associates across the organization. She has over 20 years of experience leading, cultivating and motivating teams to achieve enterprise-wide learning solution success. Prior to joining US Foods in 2018, Nicole was the global vice president of learning and development at Intrado, where she honed her expertise in talent and performance management, learning technologies, program design, presentation and training delivery. Early in her career at Motorola, where she was on the marketing communications team, Nicole found her passion for learning and development when attending classes at Motorola University.   

Nicole has a B.A. in Communications from the University of St. Francis and M.A. in Training and Development from Roosevelt University. Her work has been recognized through awards such as the 2008 Chief Learning Officer magazine Business Impact Award, 2010 Training Magazine Top 10 in the 40 under 40 Top Trainers, and in 2016 Caveo Learning named her the Chicagoland Learning Leader of the Year.
