Denise Reed Lamoreaux

Denise Reed Lamoreaux is the worldwide learning director of customer success for accessible accommodations at Microsoft with a proven track record of producing extraordinary results. In her role, Denise strives to lead a team of 15 global resources focused on the development of an online portal wherein people with disabilities can request accommodations to successfully complete training and certification exams to ensure equity and inclusion and positively impact the learner experience.

Based in Rochester, NY, Denise has been involved in diversity and learning-related endeavors for more than 30 years. Her career has encompassed secondary education, professional leadership coaching and instructing at both the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and Monroe Community College’s Corporate College program. She previously served as global chief diversity officer at Atos for six years, and has won over 40 international D&I awards for the programs and policies she has implemented.
