Remote experiential learning — sounds kind of like an oxymoron, doesn’t it? The concept of learning by doing naturally invokes thoughts of a hands-on, collaborative experience, especially in certain industries. But if the past two years have taught us anything, it’s that where there’s a will, there’s a way. Pivoting to deliver successful, engaging, impactful experiential learning in digital and hybrid environments has required L&D teams to do more than merely replicate their old, in-person offerings. Instead, they’ve had to reimagine them, experiment, iterate and monitor the outcomes. Join this discussion focused on how learning leaders are pushing boundaries and rethinking the traditional in order to deliver powerful, transformative digital learning and development.
